Green Endoscopy Committee

Endoscopy is the 3rd most productive of carbon waste in the healthcare sector and therefore various organizations set up to go for a “Green Endoscopy”. A-PSDE has been aiming at making the Asia-Pacific region excel in education and research in all aspects of digestive endoscopy and gastroenterology since its establishment in 1966.

Therefore, we recognized a need to set up a committee with endoscopy experts from the region to contribute to the green endoscopy. With the participation and contribution from our experts, we believe that A-PSDE will make a positive influence on doing endoscopy in a way that qualifies for green endoscopy.
